Shipping Information:
Orders are processed the next business day and normally takes within a week to ship. We ship via Fedex Ground and Fedex Express for US Continental location. If you want to have orders ship International, please contact us for more assistance. We do not ship to PO Boxes. Shipping and and Handling will be calculated based to the type of service, weight insurance and location.
Refund, Returns and Warranty :
All products shipped will be warranted for defects in materials and workmanship. Accidental breakage of material will not be covered under warranty.
We want you to be 100% satisfied with our service and merchandise. All of our items carry a 14-day return as long as they are returned in the same condition received. If you do not wish to keep the un-defective item you must return it at your shipping expense for a refund less 15% restocking fee. We will provide you credit for merchandise, but not shipping cost. You must file a return request within the 10 day period from receipt of merchandise. Please email : support@mlady.net to file a return request. A RMA will be issued to you for the return.
